EXPERTISE THAT DELIVERS
The competitive tendering process for large scale projects requires bidders to “walk the walk “as well as “talk the talk”.
The Bid Coach is your perfect partner to support you through these challenges.
We have a strong team available to support you through the process. Depending on the scope and business sector of your team and your client we will propose a bespoke team which is best suited to meet the needs of the specific opportunity that you are focused upon. We can provide CVs of the proposed support personnel so you can see in advance that their experience and knowledge are directly relevant to yours and your clients requirements.
All our coaches work nationally, internationally and carry professional indemnity insurance.
We also have an office team who work behind the scenes handling the administration so we can concentrate on supporting you.
Hugh Graham
I am The Bid Coach’s founder and Principal Director and a very experienced coach and trainer. I specialise in helping corporate teams pitch for major contracts. I bring diplomatic, collaborative and managerial skills to bear by gently guiding groups through the bid presentation and interview process to ensure success.
I coach bid team members individually on how to deliver key messages in interesting and memorable ways. My approach is to work closely with each person to develop their existing communication skills, to express their individual expertise, and work within an integrated team. The skills I coach will help you develop rapport, credibility and trust with prospective clients.
I work with a range of large companies, predominantly helping bidding teams to define and develop winning strategies for presentations and coaching them in presentation skills to present themselves and their teams to best advantage.
My clients include Balfour Beatty, BAM Nuttall, Kier Construction, Mace, Morgan Sindall, Bechtel, Vinci, Ferrovial, and many more.
